1.Preparation of the design philosophy and project specification.
2.Monitor instrument design engineering and drafting to ensure fit for purpose design in accordance with BUYER, CLASSIFICATION SOCIETY and BUILDER requirements.
3.Monitor instrument manpower requirements against project schedule and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Monitor and report progress.
4.Manage the interface and coordinate transfer of design data to process, mechanical, piping and procurement/estimating groups.
5.Preparation of I/O count and technical Specification and RFQ for procurement.
6.Preparation of Material Take-off quantities.
7.Coordinate study of techniques required for integrity monitoring of the topside and hull. 
8.Coordinate instrumentation and control inputs from makers.

1. Four year academic degree in engineering or business from an accredited university or equivalent experience combined with academic accomplishments. With skilled project experience of topside instrument design in offshore(required) and onshore(option) oil & gas 
2. Bilingual Chinese and English read/write/speak preferredindustry.

1.Experience in an operational LNG Export facility. 
2.Experience in a project commissioning phase for an LNG facility. 
3.Experience in Pre FEED, FEED and EPC Phases of a project, preferably on the same project. 
4.Experience in reimbursable and lump sum EPCIC contracting schemes. 
5.Proficient in reviewing process engineering calculations i.e. mass and energy balances, hydraulics, equipment sizing and ratings, relief calculations etc. 
6.Experience with process system control design and development of control philosophies.
7.Experience in the use and application of process simulation software. 

1.Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
2.Minimum 15 years' experience in process facilities design for LNG liquefaction and gas pre-treatment processing
3.Fluent in English

5.Perform system diagram design such as Fuel Oil Transfer And Purification, Fuel Oil Supply, Dirty Oil Drain SW Cooling, Marine Growth Protection, FW Cooling, Cooling System,, CCR, Elec. Equipment Room & Instrument, Control Air For Pneumatic Fire, Exhaust Piping, 6.Ballast and Bilge, High Pressure Water Clean, Fresh Water Service, Sanitary Water (Hot & Cold)and Discharge, Sewage Treatment , Oxygen And Acetylene, Fire Hydrant  for Hull and  Topside Platforms and etc.( Key execution experience required)
