1988
Starts to manufacture ccore components of cracking furnace
1997
Wison Engineering is officially established in Shanghai.
2000
Wison Engineering obtains the first cracking furnace EPC contract.
2003
Wison Clean Energy is established in Nanjing. Taps into the Expanded to ccoal chemical production.
2004
Wison Offshore & Marine is established. The construction of Nantong yard starts.
2007
Wison Engineering successfully delivers the first EPC of package plants. Wison Energy Nanjing Combined Plant of Coal Chemical Phase I starts up. Wison Offshore & Marine delivers the first batch of offshore engineering modules.
2008
Wison Engineering establishes overseas branches. Overseas expansion starts officially. Wison Offshore & Marine acquires a local technology R&D company for the first time in the U.S. Wison Energy Nanjing Combined Plant of Coal Chemical Phase II starts up.
2012~2015
Wison Engineering obtains the first overseas EPC order. Wison Engineering is listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Wison Offshore & Marine obtains the world's first barge FLNG and FSRU project. Wison Energy Nanjing Combined Plant of Coal Chemical Phase III starts up. The equity transfer of Wison Energy Nanjing is completed.
